Refund Policy


At We Are a Proud Pride, we sincerely hope you're happy with each and every purchase.

Custom and made to order products may not be returned, no exceptions.

Damaged & Broken Merchandise:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Any damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot extend any refunds past the 72 hour time frame. Damaged items must be reported via email to weareaproudpride@gmail.com and must include the order number as well as images of the damaged merchandise. We will then establish a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with this RMA number.

Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return.
